My background is operational before it is advisory. I have led complex capital programmes, feasibility studies and strategic initiatives in demanding environments — from upstream and midstream oil & gas facilities and pipelines to gas processing plants and water injection systems.

More recently, my focus has shifted to energy transition: biofuels, alternative fuels and emerging technologies. LITCO is my professional vehicle for engaging with clients and investors who need senior-level thinking, not a team of generalists.

I make active use of AI-enabled analytical workflows to support research, scenario analysis and decision-making — and I continuously invest in professional development across emerging energy technologies.

Strategic Advisory for Biofuels Investment Platform

Supported the evaluation and structuring of a large-scale biofuels investment platform targeting European and international markets, aligning feedstock strategy, technology selection, and regulatory positioning with execution and scalability considerations.

Biofuels

The engagement focused on assessing multiple biofuels pathways, including feedstock sourcing, technology maturity, and integration into existing energy systems. LITCO evaluated regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions and aligned these with commercial and operational considerations.

SMR Investment Evaluation & Project Positioning

Advised on the evaluation of Small Modular Reactor (SMR) opportunities, focusing on technology maturity, deployment models, and investment positioning within an energy transition portfolio.

Nuclear / SMR

The work included detailed assessment of SMR technologies, vendor landscape, regulatory readiness, and potential deployment strategies across different markets. LITCO supported the positioning of SMRs within broader energy systems, including integration with industrial and grid applications.

A key focus was placed on investment timing, project bankability, and alignment with long-term decarbonisation strategies.

Leadership of $2B+ EPC Bids for Energy Infrastructure Projects

Led the preparation and submission of major EPC bids across EMEA and the Middle East, including commercial strategy, risk structuring, and consortium coordination.

EPC / Infrastructure

Responsibilities included defining bid strategy, structuring commercial models, evaluating contractual risks, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams under tight timelines. Engagements required alignment between technical, commercial, and execution teams across multiple geographies.

Significant focus was placed on risk allocation, pricing strategy, and competitiveness in complex tender environments.
